9g가 나오기 전에 pwp가 나오잖아요. 만약 9g나오기 전에 퇴사하고 다른 회사를 들어가기 위해선 pwp를 따로 다운그래이드 시켜야 하나요?

No, it's not downgradable. PWP is like a temporary permit and required permit before you get a 9G Visa. So as long as you have PWP and AEP, you can apply 9G or Working Visa.
